When your frames have different dimensions, the tool automatically detects the mismatch and lets you choose how to handle it: Scale Fit (resize to match, fastest), Letterbox (center with white padding to preserve aspect ratio), or Center Crop (crop overflow to the smallest frame for no padding). The output is always a uniform-size GIF.
Set the per-frame delay from 50 ms (super fast) to 5000 ms (slow slideshow). Pick a custom output width, height auto-calculates from your chosen size mode, or leave it blank for original dimensions. Set loop count from 0 (infinite, default) to any specific number of plays.
