Why Use Our Bulk Image Resizer?

Resize Many at Once

Drop in dozens of images and apply the same resize to all of them in one click. Each image keeps its own thumbnail card so you can see the original dimensions and final dimensions side-by-side once processing finishes. Use Add More to append additional files at any time without resetting.

Two Resize Modes

Pick Dimension mode to set an exact target width and/or height in pixels (with aspect ratio lock), or Percentage mode to scale every image up or down by a single ratio (50% = half size, 200% = double). Mode is applied uniformly to the entire batch.

Quality & Format Control

Choose Same as original to preserve each input format, or convert the whole batch to JPG, PNG, or WebP. JPG / WebP quality is adjustable from 50% to 100% with a slider, perfect for trading visual quality against file size on web-bound images.

Per-Image & ZIP Downloads

Each card has its own Download button so you can grab a single result without waiting for the rest. Or click Download All as ZIP to get every resized image bundled together with each filename suffixed `_resized` for easy lookup against the originals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about bulk image resizing.

How big a batch can I resize?
There is no hard limit, but practical browser memory limits start to bite around several hundred images or several gigabytes of total source data. Each image is loaded into memory as a Data URL plus a Canvas element during processing, so very large batches with multi-megapixel sources may slow the browser. If you hit problems, split the batch in two.
What does the Lock aspect ratio switch do exactly?
When on, the empty axis is auto-calculated from the source ratio. If you set Width=800 and leave Height blank, height becomes 800 × (origH / origW). If both are set, the result fits inside the box (cover-fit) at the original ratio. When off, the image is forced to the exact entered width and height, which can stretch the image.
Why does converting to JPG add a white background?
JPG has no alpha channel, it cannot store transparent pixels. When converting a transparent PNG or WebP to JPG the tool fills the canvas with white before drawing the image so the transparent area becomes a clean white background instead of black or random garbage. Convert to PNG or WebP instead if you need to preserve transparency.
Does the tool upload my images?
No. Every image is loaded into a hidden canvas locally on your device, resized locally, and saved locally. ZIP engine (used for the Download All ZIP) also runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to any server, no account is required, and nothing is logged.
