Estimated dislike count
Pulls a community-sourced estimate of the dislikes for any public YouTube video.
Paste a YouTube URL and see the estimated dislike count, like ratio, and view stats. Crowdsourced community data, no signup.
Open the video on YouTube, then copy the URL from the address bar. Full URLs, youtu.be short links, embeds, and Shorts links all work.
Drop the URL into the input field. The tool also accepts an 11-character video ID on its own if you already have it.
Your browser fetches the data directly from the public dislike-tracking service. Nothing passes through a Pixellize server. The result usually appears in under one second.
You will see the like count, the estimated dislike count, the view count, the 1-5 star rating, and a visual ratio bar showing what share of votes were positive.
YouTube removed the public dislike count from videos in November 2021 to protect creators from coordinated dislike campaigns. The data still exists internally, but it is no longer visible to viewers or shown through the public API.
Community projects fill that gap by collecting opt-in votes from browser-extension users who choose to share their like and dislike clicks. Those votes get aggregated into an estimate for every video. The estimate is rarely exact, but for popular videos with thousands of opted-in voters, it lands close enough to give you a clear sense of audience reception.
This tool simply queries that public estimation service from your browser and shows you the numbers. Nothing is sent to a Pixellize server, and you do not need to install anything.
