Bundle Several PDFs into One Download

Useful for legal-document bundles, project deliverables, and academic submission packets where a single download is mandatory.

Why Use Our PDF to ZIP Tool?

One-Click Bundling

Drop any number of PDFs into the upload area and the tool packs them into a single ZIP archive in one click. Each file is preserved exactly as-is, no re-encoding, no quality loss. Useful for emailing multiple invoices, sharing scanned documents, archiving project deliverables, or batch-uploading to portals that accept only ZIP files.

Live File Manager

Every uploaded PDF is listed with its name and individual size. Remove a file with one click, click Add More to append additional PDFs, or click Clear to start the package from scratch. Live counters show the total file count and combined size so you know exactly how big your archive will be before downloading.

DEFLATE Compression

The output ZIP uses DEFLATE compression at level 6 (a balanced default) to shrink the archive where possible. Note that PDFs are usually already compressed internally, so the size reduction is modest, but bundling many files into one ZIP still simplifies sharing and avoids attachment size limits on email and chat platforms.

Private, No Upload

Your PDFs never leave your device. ZIP engine runs entirely client-side in your browser. No file is sent to any server, no account is needed, and nothing is stored. The ZIP is generated locally from each PDF byte buffer and saved directly to your downloads folder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about bundling PDFs into a ZIP archive online.

How is this different from merging PDFs?
Bundling keeps each PDF as a separate file inside a ZIP archive, recipients open the ZIP and see your original PDFs, untouched, with their original names. Merging combines page content from multiple PDFs into one continuous PDF document. Use bundling when files should remain separate, and merging when you need a single multi-page PDF.
Will the ZIP make my PDFs smaller?
Slightly. PDFs are already compressed internally, so DEFLATE compression in the ZIP only reduces the size by a small amount (typically 1-10%). The main value is having a single archive instead of many separate files. For real PDF size reduction, use a dedicated PDF compressor that re-encodes the images and fonts inside the document.
How many PDFs can I bundle?
There is no hard limit, but very large archives can hit browser memory or download limits. Hundreds of small PDFs work fine; tens of large multi-megabyte PDFs can take longer to encode. If you hit issues, split the bundle in two or remove some files. Duplicate files (same name and size) are silently skipped on each upload.
Does the tool upload my PDFs to a server?
No. ZIP engine runs entirely in your browser using ArrayBuffer reads of each PDF and the standard ZIP file format. Your PDFs are never transmitted to any server. The downloaded ZIP file is generated locally and saved directly to your device.
